Corporate Bits | Limited Edition penfolds ampoule at city of dreams

The world’s last remaining limited edition Penfolds Ampoule has been secured by City of Dreams as an addition to its luxury and exclusive wine collection. This reflection of Penfolds’ winemaking heritage, innovation and artistic collaboration was globally released in 2012, with only eleven units available to collectors. To celebrate its unveiling at the Michelin-starred restaurant, The Tasting Room at City of Dreams, Penfolds Chief Winemaker Peter Gago hosted a special dinner and master class tasting Wednesday. The tasting class featured rare wines handpicked from the Penfolds museum’s cellars to mark the occasion at the restaurant.
