01MGM Macau’s Golden Lion Club rolled out The Legend of Supremacy promotion, and held its grand lucky draw on October 5. Eight winners won prizes, including the highlight spectacle: the Italian roadster Maserati GranTurismo Sport, worth HKD 1.2 million. Mr. Ng, a Golden Lion Club Supreme member from Hong Kong, became the grand winner and now the proud owner of the Maserati GranTurismo Sport.
The Legend of Supremacy kicked off in August with a series of weekly and special lucky draws held within the two-month point-earning period as preludes. On the night of the grand draw, hundreds of attendees gathered at the Grand Ballroom. The total prizes given out throughout the promotion added up to a combined HKD 3.8 million.
Mr. Brian Fiddis, Senior Vice President of Casino Marketing and Business Development, said, “MGM Macau always looks to give Golden Lion Club members unique entertainment and experiences. With its popularity in the past four years, we are happy to once again bring this special Maserati promotion back to our members. We will continue to host luxurious and exceptional events and promotions, to show our members that they will always get the best from us.”

Quinta Vale D. Maria wine pairing dinner at the tasting room

Michelin-starred restaurant The Tasting Room at Crown Towers’ City of Dreams is bringing a selection of red wines from Quinta Vale D. Maria in Portugal’s famous Douro wine region, including its signature vintage “Vinha da Francisca” on Saturday, Oct. 25, creating a crossover of French gastronomy and Portuguese wine in a culinary experience that fine dining aficionados will not want to miss.
The one-night-only wine pairing dinner features a seasonal four-course dinner prepared by Chef de Cuisine Guillaume Galliot of The Tasting Room. Each course is to be paired with two glasses of Douro Red of the same appellation but different vintage from Quinta Vale D. Maria, one of the oldest estates in the heart of the Douro Valley. Francisca van Zeller, daughter of the vineyard’s owner Cristiano van Zeller and inspiration of the winery’s very first vintage “Vinha da Francisca”, will also join the event.
