Corporate Bits | MGM’s dragon boat team wins second runner-up

The MGM Women’s Dragon Boat Team has won second runner-up in the Macau International Invitation Standard Dragon Boat Race – Women’s Category 500 meters, after 10 months of practice.

The men’s team was the only team to represent Macau at the 2018 Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races, with an invitation from the Hong Kong China Dragon Boat Association.

In the final round of the Macau International Invitation Standard Dragon Boat Race – Women’s Category 500 meters, the MGM Women’s Dragon Boat Team competed amongst several strong national teams from Asia and eventually won second runner-up.

As cited in a statement issued by the gaming operator, its team members have maintained a five-day training every week after work, which allowed them to placed in the top three of the Macau International Invitation Standard Dragon Boat Race, an achievement compared to sixth place last year.

Over 150,000 views of w. cup matches on TDM

It is estimated that over 160,000 viewers will watch the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia through TDM TV and multimedia platforms, as cited in a TDM statement.

Over the first 10 days from June 14 to June 23,  approximately 150,000 views of World Cup matches have been recorded on the TDM’s website and App.

TDM pledged to monitor the performance of the webcast and ensure the viewers’ experience.

TDM is the Official Broadcaster of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia in Macau. The local public broadcaster is showing all 64 matches of the tournament live.
