The Ctrip Gourmet List has this year listed four restaurants at The Venetian Macao, one at Sands Macao, three restaurants at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, and two at Sheraton Grand Macao.
The restaurants include Michelin-starred Indian restaurant Golden Peacock, Portofino (Ctrip Select), Canton (Ctrip Select) and North (Ctrip Local Favorite); and Copa Steakhouse (Ctrip Select), amongst others.
The list also included Zi Yat Heen (Ctrip One Star), Belcanção (Ctrip Select) and Windows Restaurant (Ctrip Select); Bene (Ctrip Select) and Xin (Ctrip Select), and the St. Regis bar (Ctrip Select).
The Ctrip Gourmet List evaluates restaurants in three award categories: “Ctrip Star (Three Star, Two Star, One Star) – Top Restaurants Best Reputation Gourmets Preferred,” “Ctrip Select – Boutique Restaurants Classy Recommendation” and “Ctrip Local Favorite – Local Specialist Popular Restaurants.”
The list was compiled by around 15,000 food critics, 500 professional appraisers and Ctrip’s editorial team and most of the contributors are China-based.
