Four Seasons Hotel collaborates with Helena Rubinstein for afternoon tea
This summer, the Four Seasons Hotel Macao will present an afternoon tea set at Xiao Ting, collaborating with Helena Rubinstein, a premium skincare brand.
Designed with bite-sized delicacies placed on a black and white chessboard, the afternoon tea set features highlights including Avruga Caviar and Eggplant Blinis, which “pairs the tender, mild, and earthy sweetness of smoked eggplant with the explosive umami characteristics of caviar,” as cited in a statement.
Inspired by Southeast Asian flavors, Crab Cake Pâte à Choux with Coconut Lime mixes the citrus and aromatic wonders of coconut lime and lemongrass with the savoury delight of crab meat and paste. A masterpiece to behold, Yuzu Meringue Pâte Sablée refreshes the palate like a summer breeze.
