Cheang Wai Hun, a student from the Faculty of Health Sciences and Physical Education of the Macau Polytechnic University, has successfully broken the Guinness World Record of “one-armed pull-ups in one minute.” Cheang successfully broke the Guinness World Record with 21 one-handed pull-ups in one minute, three more than the previous world record of 18, and successfully broke through the 20-repetition marker that is considered extremely challenging. Cheang said that successfully breaking the world record was an important life achievement, and that he would continue to work hard to continue to break records in the future.
