Melco Resorts and Entertainment’s management team has offered mentorship and skills to young local entrepreneurs through the company’s ‘Adopt a Micro-Enterprise’ program.
Organized in collaboration with Junior Chamber International (JCI) Macao, China, Macao Young Entrepreneur Incubation Centre (MYEIC) and the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM), the program aims to cultivate young local entrepreneurs through leveraging expertise from Melco.
In September, representatives from six nominated micro-enterprises and members of MYEIC were invited to a City of Dreams experience tour and procurement technique sharing session. During the experience tour, participants were met by professionals with diverse skills from Melco’s various business units, including Warehouse, Wardrobe, Guest Experience and Events and Promotion.
The procurement technique sharing workshop was hosted by Melco’s Supply Chain team, which highlighted tips for successful business pitching through effective marketing and business management skills.
