Melco Resorts & Entertainment’s Morpheus, Nuwa, and Studio City Hotel have been awarded at the Macao Smart Hotel Award for their use of innovative technology in hospitality by the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT).
According to a statement issued by the gaming operator, Nuwa and Studio City were honored with the Smart Hotel Award, being recognized for excellence through their communications network and services, customers’ experience of smart technologies, and applications of creative technologies, among other areas.
City of Dreams’ ultra-luxury hotel Morpheus was honored with the Elite Smart Hotel Award and recognized for its integrative use of technology throughout its operations.
As a recipient of the Elite Smart Hotel Award, Melco was invited to share its experience of technology implementation at Morpheus to help enhance the customer experience with award ceremony attendees.
