MGM Macau elevates dining experience with Michelin-starred chefs at Aux Beaux Arts

MGM Macau enhances its culinary offerings with the appointment of Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer as Consultant Chef and Chef Basil Yu as Chef de Cuisine at Aux Beaux Arts.

Starting tomorrow, they will present a new menu that blends classic French cuisine with Macau’s culinary elements, adding a fresh dimension to the city’s status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Chef Elzer brings over 30 years of experience, including work at renowned Michelin-starred establishments such as L’Envol and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, as cited in a statement from the gaming operator.

Chef Yu complements Elzer’s vision, drawing from his multicultural background and global culinary experience.

Together, they offer an elevated French dining experience, featuring dishes like Lobster Salad, Skate Wing with spiced butter sauce, and Yellow Chicken with Piperade Basquaise.

Desserts include Paris Brest and Clafoutis with calamansi sorbet.
