MGM announced that a one-time discretionary allowance will be paid to eligible non-management team members – as such, 95% of its team members can be rewarded.
In a statement, the gaming operator said that the one-time discretionary allowance is equal to one month’s salary and will be paid in two installments before and after 2022 Chinese New Year.
Pansy Ho, co-chairperson and executive director of MGM China Holdings Limited, said “2021 was another year of adapting to changes. Still, our Golden Lion team strive their best to ride out of the storm. […] The allowance is our appreciation [for] and recognition of the relentless effort and hard work of our team members in the past year, [who encouraged] us to sail together for our new chapter of 15th Anniversary.”
