MGM has received six major accolades across two leading human resources competitions, the gaming operator announced in a statement.
The company earned three Excellence in Practice Awards from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), making it the only enterprise from Macau recognized, and three honors at the 5th National Human Resources Innovation Competition.
Kenneth Feng, CEO of MGM China Holdings Limited, said the awards reflect the company’s ongoing investment in local talent and innovative learning initiatives.
He noted that MGM provides clear career development pathways and professional growth opportunities for its employees, supported by collaboration with government departments and the wider community.
ATD, often described as the “Oscars” of talent development, recognized MGM for Career Development, Customer Service Training, and Learning and Development, while the National Human Resources Innovation Competition honored its employer branding, talent development, and HR leadership.
In 2025, MGM employees completed over 1.2 million hours of training, averaging 88 hours per person.
