Celebrating the mastery of an authentic Edomae-style omakase experience, SUSHIDAN at Rossio of MGM MACAU is set to captivate connoisseurs once again with its Stellar Omakase – Summer Sea with the return of Michelin-starred sushi chef Hiroyuki Sato, who will join forces with SUSHIDAN’s head chef Manato Ueno to present a limited-time omakase dinner from June 18 to 21.

For a unique and authentic tasting experience, the finest seasonal ingredients are directly from the origins, fish auction in Japan. Guests will have the opportunity to savor the exquisite flavors of in-season fresh produce and exclusive cuts. From the mastery of aging, marinating and handcrafting, to the selection of the ideal rice masterfully combined with a secret blend of treated vinegars, every intricate step is a testament to artisanal craftsmanship.
