The Grand Buffet, once Macau’s most popular buffet restaurant with the longest buffet line at Grand Lisboa, is now back at the Grand Lisboa Palace. Featuring a reinterpreted Asian marketplace concept, its lively atmosphere is most suitable for big family gatherings and ultra casual dining. With 18 live-cooking stations serving an extensive array of international delicacies embracing Chinese, Pan-Asian and Western cuisines, the buffet presents classics like Portuguese caldo verde, Taiwanese seafood noodles, laksa soup, fresh clams, mussels, large variety of fruits and juices, as well as salads and cheese. Out of all, the dessert section is most impressive, offering mini egg tarts, yogurt ice-cream, cookies, and even ginger milk curd prepared à la minute.
