Wynn donates MOP80 million to UM

Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A. has announced a donation of MOP80 million to the University of Macau Development Foundation (UMDF). The contribution will support the development of the University of Macau in different aspects as well as the initiatives of its Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management.

The Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management of the University of Macau highlights interdisciplinary cooperation, with its aim being to promote interdisciplinary research that has implications for the socio-economic development of Macau and the Greater Bay Area. 

“Over the years, Wynn has been committed to supporting the development of the University of Macau through the UMDF in the areas of teaching, research, social services and talent cultivation. Our efforts include providing support for the academic and research initiatives of the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management, continuously pushing for Macau’s local teaching and research work,” the gaming operator said in a statement.
