Wynn employees hand in petition

Around 50 Wynn Macau workers have petitioned their employer, asking for better salaries for their rank-and-file staffers, as well as the implementation of a total smoking ban.
A worker in the Wynn Macau beverage department told the media that during eight years of work at Wynn, his salary has increased from MOP6,000 to MOP8,000. He is now feeling pressure from inflation and hopes that Wynn can share its financial achievements with its employees by giving them a proportional wage increase.
Some other staffers from the same department added that they have been working for Wynn for years and are bound to the company. They hope that Wynn can treat its employees better so that they can continue to stay with the company.
