Sands China Ltd. recently led a delegation to Shenzhen as part of the company’s professionalism training initiatives.
The second “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Visit” was co-organized with the National Conditions Education (Macau) Association to deepen employees’ understanding of national development and the Greater Bay Area, the gaming operator announced in a statement.
The delegation was comprised of nearly 60 senior management team members. The visit to the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was aimed at encouraging cooperation and exchange between industry professionals from Macau and their counterparts in the Greater Bay Area.
The Sands China delegation toured to the Seafront Towers – the headquarters of Tencent Holdings Limited – the OCT Loft Creative Culture Park, and Qianhai Free Trade Zone.
“Sands China Ltd. is very pleased to have taken this trip to Shenzhen to visit the Special Economic Zone to observe its rapid development first-hand,” said Wen Hongyan, senior vice president of human resources for Sands China Ltd.
Jam Hsiao performs at MGM cotai
Mandopop singer Jam Hsiao performed his “Jam Hsiao Music Show” at MGM Cotai on Sunday at the MGM Theater.
With the audio-visual and stage effects of the MGM Theater, he entertained his enthusiastic fans with his vocals and theatric performance, the gaming operator said in a statement.
In addition to his popular hits such as “Empress” and “Missing You Forever”, Jam also performed his latest debuts, “Pinang” and “A Love Song for You”.
“The revolutionary theater transforms the entertainment experience for the audience with an up-close-and-personal performance alongside MGM Theater’s state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting technology,” the statement read.
