Two-Michelin-starred restaurant Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, City of Dreams, is celebrating its first anniversary. To commemorate its first year of operations, it has launched the “Le Premier” menu.
The restaurant, headed by Chef Pierre Marty who has been with Ducasse’s team since 2008, pays homage to the traditions of French gastronomy, bringing signature French cooking served in a contemporary style.
The “Le Premier” menu, launched by Ducasse himself on a special visit to Macau on June 18, starts with one of his most celebrated signature dishes, the Mediterranean gamberoni, delicate gelée and gold caviar. The dish is only available at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus and at three- Michelin-starred Le Louis XV in Monaco.
