The Court of Final Appeal (TUI) has decided to dismiss all the appeals submitted from former concessionaires of nine land plots located at the “Closing of the Nam Van Bay” area, the Office of the President of the TUI informed. The decisions were made between November 27 and December 4 and have now been made public, confirming previous decisions from the courts that ruled in favor of the decision of the Chief Executive, who ordered the reclaiming of the land plots due to the expiration of the concessions that had a deadline of 25 years for the usage of the lands. The decision means all nine land plots, which have a total area of approximately 56,000 square meters, will return to the possession of the executive.
