An autumn special, this creative tea set features artful western savouries and sweets inspired by jewellery designs. One of Qeelin’s iconic collections, Bo Bo, features the adorable Panda as its muse, and takes centre stage in this afternoon tea as an iconic tea stand, Bobo is also carefully incorporated into the pastry designs on display.
Crafted by Executive Chef Benjamin Lim and Executive Pastry Chef Raymond Fung, bites include Salmon roe and heirloom carrot tartlet, citrus smoked scallops with corn, and a crispy Wagyu and pumpkin custard with gold leaves.
A symphony of auspicious colours of red agate, jade and gold, signature of Qeelin jewellery brings the afternoon tea to a delightful finale with Granny Smith apple mousse, strawberry vanilla cremeux, mango and passionfruit meringue and Hibiscus mandarin pudding, inspired by the iconic Wulu, a symbol of good fortune which traces the outline of the auspicious number 8.
The Bo Bo collection also celebrates the collaboration with the World Wide Fund for Nature with the adorable panda, the embodiment of friendliness and a symbol of innocence and peace, as its muse.
