Shoppes at Parisian have won the prestigious Retail & Leisure International (RLI) International Shopping Center 2017 award, according to a statement issued by Sands China.
The award forms part of the Global RLI Awards 2017 held by Retail and Leisure International, the retail industry’s premier awards event.
In addition to picking up the biggest award of the night, Sands Retail and Shoppes at Parisian were shortlisted in three other main categories.
The categories were: the Most Innovative Retail & Leisure Concept – Shoppes at Parisian, International Retail & Leisure Destination – Shoppes at Parisian and Global Developer – Sands Retail.
Sands Shoppes Cotai Strip Macao offers over 850 of the world’s leading brands under one roof. It consists of the interconnected Shoppes at Venetian, Shoppes at Four Seasons, Shoppes at Cotai Central and Shoppes at Parisian.
Held in Dubai, UAE, the Retail and Leisure International’s 12th Global RLI Awards provided an evening in recognition and celebration of the most visionary and innovative retail and leisure concepts worldwide.
Winners of ‘win cup’ drawing competition announced
The first “Wynn Cup – Macau Primary School Student National Education Drawing Competition” award ceremony was held at Wynn Palace this week, sponsored by Wynn and organized by the National Conditions Education Association(Macau).The program aims to strengthen the knowledge and understanding of national education among primary school students in Macau and nurture their national pride.
The award ceremony was held in the Grand Theater Ballroom of Wynn Palace. In the keynote speech, Ms. Linda Chen, President and Executive Director of Wynn Resorts (Macau), said that the first Macau Primary School Student National Education Drawing Competition under the theme of “My Chinese Dream” revealed a far-reaching impact. The program attracted active participation from over w20 schools and 10,000 Macau primary school students, achieving excellent results.
According to a press release issued by Wynn, “as the title sponsor of the Macau Primary School Student National Education Drawing Competition, Wynn hopes that the program can enhance Macau primary school students’ knowledge of national conditions and promote exchanges in the fields of culture, art and education between mainland China and Macau.”
