The dining establishments at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace Cotai will feature an exquisite selection of gourmet offerings to assist guests in celebrating and welcoming the lunar New Year.
At Wynn Palace Cotai, Wing Lei Palace will present a variety of Chinese New Year specialty dishes, including a selection of over 50 kinds of teas, many of which are designed to be paired with the delicacies.
The Chinese New Year Specialties menu new to Andrea’s will feature traditional New Year dishes from different Chinese regions.
If they are not in the mood for traditional Chinese New Year dishes, guests can savor the seasonal menu at Mizumi during the Chinese New Year period for a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine.
At Wynn Macau, Golden Flower, Red 8 and 99 Noodles will also be offering a series of traditional Chinese New Year dishes from the Northern and Southern regions of mainland China, and Wing Lei will be presenting à la carte items and dim sum.
Macao water hosts annual dinner
Macao Water hosted the 2018 Annual Dinner last week at the Grand Ballroom of the JW Marriott Hotel Macau, located in Galaxy Macau Phase II. The dinner’s purpose was to extend sincere thanks for the hard work and contributions from its staff.
Kuan Sio Peng, executive director of Macao Water, recalled the company’s main achievements of 2017, including reaching consensus on the building of the Seac Pai Van Water Treatment Plant, winning the competition of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Water Supply Conference, and winning the Innovation Award from The France China Committee with their smart network system.
As cited in a statement issued by the company, key projects for 2018 were revealed at the dinner. They include accelerating construction works of the Seac Pai Van Water Treatment Plant, as well as the Macau pipeline segment of the fourth raw water pipe from Zhuhai to Macau, implementation of Smart Meters pilot project at Cotai, and the development of more customer-friendly services.
Long Service Awards were also presented to recognize workers who have contributed to Macau’s water supply business for several years.
