The final chapter of the “Melco Style Presents: The Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants Gastronomic Series” will take place at City of Dreams’ Alain Ducasse at Morpheus on October 26-27, a press release from the gaming operator says.

This four-hands collaboration will feature Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, a Black Pearl one diamond and Michelin two-starred restaurant, and Shanghai’s PHÉNIX, a Black Pearl one diamond and Michelin one-starred restaurant. Reservations are available with a 10% discount for Melco Style WeChat members.

Supported by the Macao Government Tourism Office, the series promotes Macau as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. The October event will highlight French cuisine through a six-course menu, blending signature dishes from both restaurants. Guests will sample creations like Alain Ducasse’s Mediterranean Gamberoni with gold caviar and PHÉNIX’s “Royal” Langoustine roasted with fig leaves.

Alain Ducasse at Morpheus has also introduced a new menu showcasing iconic dishes from Chef Ducasse’s career. This selection includes langoustine with Kristal caviar and chocolate soufflé made with ingredients from Ducasse’s Paris Manufacture.

For a more exclusive experience, a nine-course wine-pairing menu featuring rare vintages is available, priced at MOP 240,000 per table.
