The South China Morning Post’s 100 Top Tables 2025 has recognized four Wynn restaurants—Chef Tam’s Seasons and Mizumi at Wynn Palace Cotai, along with Drunken Fish and Wing Lei at Wynn Macau—as among the best in Hong Kong and Macau.

Additionally, Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung of Chef Tam’s Seasons received the prestigious “Best Chef” title, highlighting Wynn’s commitment to culinary excellence and Macau’s role as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Chef Tam’s Seasons is known for its seasonal tasting menus, inspired by the 24 solar terms and blending East and West. Mizumi offers contemporary Japanese cuisine, presented theatrically by Executive Chef Hironori Maeda.

Drunken Fish specializes in premium seafood and innovative Moutai-infused dishes, while Michelin two-starred Wing Lei elevates classic Cantonese flavors.
