Angola’s National Agency for Private Investment (ANIP) plans, from 2015, to open offices in all 18 provinces of the country, to facilitate contacts with companies submitting investment proposals, ANIP’s president said in Wacu Cungu.
Maria Luisa Abrantes said that with the increase in the number of employees from 33 in 2013 to 108 in 2014 and more technical staff expected to be hired, it will be possible to set up agency offices in the provinces, according to Angolan news agency Angop.
At the end of the 3rd Advisory Board of ANIP, the president of the institution noted that opening branches in all provinces would make it possible to supervise, in coordination with the National Bank of Angola, a large number of domestic and foreign investments in the provinces.
ANIP is the government agency responsible for implementing the Angola’s private investment, promotion, coordination and supervision policies, and was set up in 2003. MDT/Macauhub
