BNU Macau reopened its main branch yesterday with hopes to “keep up with the design trends of the digital age.”
“BNU has renovated its main branch and is pleased to bring Macau citizens a new space, with a modern and functional layout, which, combined with BNU’s team professionalism and knowledge, will certainly provide the best banking experience,” the bank said in a statement.
The reopening ceremony brought together the usual traditional elements of an opening, combining them with digital notes, such as virtual MCs and digital lion dancing.
And this hybrid experience is what Carlos Cid Alvares, CEO of the bank, highlighted in his speech, adding that BNU works in parallel on these two strategic vectors, and while keeping a strong investment in innovative and more comprehensive solutions for the digital channels, the bank is equally committed to improving the physical service spaces.
