The St. Regis Macao will offer a special menu featuring seafood from around the world at the hotel’s signature restaurant, The Manor. The six-course dinner menu is called “Stories of the Sea – The Second Chapter.”
The “first chapter” of the set menu was well received by connoisseurs all over the city. As such, chef David King, Director of Culinary at the restaurant, has refined the menu even further to showcase a new range of the finest ingredients from the sea, including, Sicilian red prawns and bluefin tuna from Spain.
Balfegó bluefin tuna, with its full flavor and firm texture, is the center of the menu. Served lightly marinated with balsamic vinegar and with kale, the tuna is then finished off with Sichuan pepper oil to draw out its inherent richness.
Other dishes include Hokkaido sea urchin with ocean trout roe, Sicilian red prawns and the much-adored “Glacier 51” Toothfish.
The set dinner is MOP788 (plus MOP400 with wine) per person.
Wynn Macau spa treatment recognized as ‘Most Creative’ by SpaChina
SpaChina magazine recently hosted the SpaChina Awards 2019, gathering together China’s leading spa and wellness professionals, as well as highly respected judges from the industry. The Spa at Wynn received the highly regarded “Most Creative Body Treatment” award from SpaChina this year for its “Beau-TEA Ritual.”
The “Beau-TEA Ritual” was specially curated by The Spa at Wynn team. Drawing on inspiration from China’s rich heritage of tea, “Beau-TEA Ritual” combines tea, which is well known for its antioxidant properties, and Chinese acupressure techniques to counteract the effects of pollution, melt away tension and provide a refreshing, glowing appearance.
Jennifer Simms, Executive Director of Spa Operations for Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace Cotai said, “The award recognizes the exceptional service delivered by our team and is an affirmation of the unparalleled customer experience that our guests enjoy while they are with us.
