Drawing inspiration from Macau’s rich cultural tapestry and its uniquely layered cuisine, Lai Heen unveils a curated “The Culinary Atelier | Exploring Macau’s Culinary Gem”, an eight-course journey where tradition meets innovation. Rooted in authentic Macanese flavors, the hidden menu bridges local ingredients, traditional Cantonese techniques, and contemporary expression to deliver a dining experience that is both soulful and unexpected.
