As a restaurant selected to participate in the program, Lai Heen has developed a bespoke menu exclusively for The Culinary Atelier, inviting guests to explore new dimensions of gastronomy through a captivating sensory experience.

Drawing inspiration from Macau’s rich cultural tapestry and its uniquely layered cuisine, Lai Heen unveils a curated “The Culinary Atelier | Exploring Macau’s Culinary Gem”, an eight-course journey where tradition meets innovation. Rooted in authentic Macanese flavors, the hidden menu bridges local ingredients, traditional Cantonese techniques, and contemporary expression to deliver a dining experience that is both soulful and unexpected. Served to just 18 guests each day in a secluded chamber, each course unfolds like a secret — a tribute to the city’s past and its ever-evolving culinary identity.

Each evening begins not in the dining room but in Macau’s vibrant seafood markets, as guests accompany Executive Chef Jackie Ho, a revered figure with over four decades of culinary mastery, in selecting the day’s freshest ingredients.
