Dongguan: IP-based loans opened to apply for toy companies

Dongguan introduced a new loan program for toy companies, allowing intellectual properties to be used as collateral. The Bank of Dongguan offers loans up to 30 million yuan. Three toy manufacturers have secured 55 million yuan in loans, supporting the growth and innovation of Dongguan’s toy industry.
