Many of us think that buffets are boring because a buffet restaurant’s quality and selections are not up to our standards. But in Macau, there are hotel properties around town that strive to do their best to bring in new flavors and new dishes that you can only taste when you are traveling abroad. Located inside Galaxy Macau, the dinner buffet lets you savour authentic Penang cuisine. From Assam Laksa, Popiah, Penang Char Koay Teow, Satay, Oyster Omelette, Ikan Panggang Pedas, Teh Tarik, Roti Canai, Nyonya Kuih, freshly opened durian and young coconut, tickle your taste buds with diverse and complex flavors. The restaurant often selects quality ingredients from around the world and serves a series of seasonal specialties, including daily jet-fresh seafood.
