Through a wide range of initiatives, including co-organizing the Youth Achievement Program with the Macau Management Association for nine consecutive years, Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) has actively supported the development of local talent.
Recently, the program held a session titled, “Air Macau Local Crew Sharing Session on Covid-19 Efforts & Dream-Chasing.”
Local cabin crews were invited to share their experience of the pandemic and their career aspirations. The event was staged in the hopes of inspiring young people to continue striving for personal growth and to contribute to society during the pandemic.
The sharing session attracted more than 120 participants. In addition to current and previous program members, GEG also invited graduates from its U-LEAD Graduate Internship Program to attend.
“Nurturing young talent is one of GEG’s important corporate social responsibilities,” said Phillip Cheng, director of GEG, according to a statement from the company. “GEG will continue to invest in local young talent development through a variety of initiatives.”
He also encouraged young people to keep chasing their dreams despite the challenges of the pandemic.
