Sands China Ltd. hosted the “Concert of Love in Seoul” on Feb. 15 at The Venetian Theatre, in collaboration with the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Macao Orchestra.
Featuring the Macao Orchestra and renowned South Korean musicians, the event celebrated cultural diversity and the power of classical music.
As part of the Sands China Performing Arts Programme, the concert featured flutist Jasmine Choi, conductor Sunwook Kim, and soprano Lee Myung-Joo.
The performances included arias from Puccini operas, Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture, and a reimagined Butterfly Lover flute piece.
Sands China also hosted a sharing session with Choi, engaging 140 local music enthusiasts.
Wilfred Wong, executive vice chairman of Sands China Ltd., emphasized the company’s commitment to fostering cultural exchange and enhancing Macau’s status as a hub for the performing arts.
