Recently, unknown people have been calling members of the public advising them that they had tested positive in a NAT and their respective health codes were about to be changed to “yellow codes.” The callers requested personal information for identity verification so that they could be sent to the makeshift hospital for isolation. The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre urged the public to be vigilant against fraudulent calls. The Health Bureau will contact each person with a positive test result according to their registered personal information and will take the initiative to state the identity information for verification.
