One of the signature restaurants in the City of Dreams Macau’s integrated resort, L’ATTITUDE, is going to bring a highly anticipated collaboration dinner to Macau from Nov. 8 to 9.
The six-course menu will bring together the Mediterranean cuisine of L’ATTITUDE, helmed by new chef de cuisine Alican Dadayli, whose open-minded approach and exceptional skills come through in dishes inspired by modern Mediterranean concepts, such as Mediterranean langoustine cooked in brown butter with Jerusalem artichoke, and beef tenderloin accompanied by smoked eggplants and Marsala wine sauce, both of which will be savored in the upcoming crossover dinner.
Working alongside Dadayli is the leading figure in Shanghai with Italian roots, executive chef Stefano Bacchelli, whose restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars and two Black Pearl diamonds.
The gourmet menu will also include Bacchelli’s signature Italian dishes, such as the traditional tortellini di cortile with chestnuts and white truffles, a perfect dish to showcase the restaurant’s authentic Italian culinary craftsmanship.
