The “Hong Kong & Macau Pastry Challenge 2025,” organized by Anchor Food Professionals, has officially begun, with the event set to take place in June 2025.

This competition will bring together top pastry chefs from Macau and Hong Kong to showcase their skills and compete for recognition in the pastry world.

The competition will feature Anchor’s grass-fed dairy products from New Zealand, which participants will use to create their pastry masterpieces.

This year’s theme, “Touching Moment,” encourages chefs to convey emotions and tell stories through their creations.

The challenge will feature categories for both students and professional chefs, with participants required to submit their creations by April 11. The competition will take place on June 18 for student participants and June 20 for chef participants.

Maggie Lau, director of Anchor Food Professionals, said, “We are honored to host the Hong Kong & Macau Pastry Challenge once again, providing a platform for pastry chefs to showcase their talents and driving the development of the industry.”
