More recycling stations available across the city

The Environmental Protection Bureau (DSPA) is setting up three more recycling stations in the city, hoping to encourage more recycling across the city.
According to a statement released by the DSPA, the bureau has begun operating three new recycling facilities. These stations are located at Parque Dr. Carlos d’Assumpção do NAPE, Praça da Amizade da Praia Grande, and Travessa de Martinho Montenegro do Bairro de San Kio.
The facility at Parque Dr. Carlos d’Assumpção do NAPE collects recyclables between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. every Wednesday.
The DSPA will collect recyclables at Praça da Amizade da Praia Grande every Thursday between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m, starting from tomorrow.
Members of the public can drop off recyclables at the third new recycling site, located on Travessa de Martinho Montenegro do Bairro de San Kio, every Sunday between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., starting April 19.
The schedules have been settled out of consideration for the public’s working hours.
The addition of these new recycling spots is part of the DSPA’s Earth Day contribution. Earth Day takes place on April 22 annually. JZ
