PSYAccording to Korea JoongAng Daily, Korean-Pop artist Psy is set to attend the upcoming China Music Awards, which will be held on Friday night at the Cotai Arena. Psy will attend the China Music Awards along with compatriots VIXX and iKon, as will Chinese stars Wang Leehom and JJ Lin. Held since 1994, the China Music Awards are regarded as some of the most respected music awards available, recognizing achievements in the Chinese music industry. The awards ceremony will air on Chinese streaming video site iQiyi, as well as on V, the video service of the South Korean company Naver.

4444ID holds Sports Day for the Disabled

The Macau Sports Day for the Disabled was held at the Macau Olympic Complex yesterday. The event, organized by the Sports Bureau (ID), attracted more than 2,000 participants. Nine categories of sport were provided for all participants, along with three physical test programs. This year, it added table tennis to the list of games, and also welcomed non-disabled participants.

IACM: Tree burial spaces available

The Civil and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) is encouraging citizens to choose tree burials. Hundreds of spots are not being utilized, TDM reported. Leong Kun Fong, a member of the Administration Committee, noted that there are around 440 tree burial spots available for residents, while only just over ten are occupied. These spots are located at the United Chinese Cemetery in Taipa, which is under the administrative supervision of the IACM. Leong said that the department has received few inquiries to date, and he expects to see more local people choosing this kind of burial. According to IACM, the area for tree burials will be expanded and more spots will be added.
