Public satisfied with PSP’s services, survey shows

A satisfaction survey run by the Public Security Police (PSP) has revealed that the average satisfaction rating for all of its survey factors is above four points (out of a maximum of five). The overall average score stands at 4.414 points, indicating a level of satisfaction deemed as “Satisfactory”.

Among the factors assessed, ‘staff service’ received the highest rating, reflecting a positive perception of the PSP’s staff service in 2023, as well as its overall performance.

The survey, conducted from March 1 to 31, involved 1,810 respondents who were interviewed through various methods such as visits to service locations, street interviews, and telephone interviews.

In response to feedback from the respondents, the PSP pledged it will delve deeper into exploring the implementation of additional electronic services, enhancing process efficiency, and optimizing hardware equipment to enhance the overall service experience for users.

Just last week, a PSP officer was a suspect in a troubling case involving the alleged unlawful detention and manipulation of a victim, resulting in her tragic death.

The victim, a non-resident worker, was allegedly held captive and mentally tormented by two suspects.
