Rental application period for New Neighborhood units end May 25

As the Macau New Neighborhood (MNN) is expected to be completed in August, a submission period for 60 shop units was put in place from May 15 to May 25, in the aim of developing the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone market. Located at the junction of Tianyu Road and Xiangshun Road, the shop unit will be dedicated to grocery retailers, food and beverage merchants, livelihood services providers and homeware marketers. In addition, special offers will be set up to support Macau’s small and medium-sized companies, as well as young entrepreneur’s start-ups. Already more than 300 enquiries have been received.
