Sands Cares Ambassadors host teamLab experience for children with disabilities

Sands Cares Ambassadors recently hosted a group of children with disabilities at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo, where they experienced teamLab SuperNature Macao’s immersive art space, as part of the company’s efforts to give back to community.
The Sands Cares Ambassadors accompanied and guided the children through the teamLab exhibit, where they enjoyed interactive experiences like The Infinite Crystal Universe, Valley of Flowers and People and Sketch Ocean.
The participating community associations were Cradle of Hope Association, Macau Down Syndrome Association, Macau Autism Association and Macau Deaf Association.
“In every community, underprivileged children deserve our extra care and attention, and our team of volunteers enjoys the opportunity to help nurture them and provide them with positive developmental opportunities,” said Dr. Wilfred Wong, president of Sands China Ltd. “We’re very glad that this visit to teamLab could contribute to our company’s efforts to give back to community through our Sands Cares program.”
The Sands Cares Ambassador program was established in August 2009 to give Sands China team members a way to serve the local community by organizing community activities. The program has a membership of over 3,300 volunteers from across all of Sands China’s properties.
