As part of the 2023 Sands Shopping Carnival, an application campaign for the new K-POP Dance Competition event and the return of the Karaoke King Singing Competition has been launched, effective now until June 20.
It is free to apply for both contests, and people will be able to watch all the events, which will take place at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo from July 20-23, including an invitation-only preview session on the first day.
For the K-POP dance competition, applicants must be residents of Macau aged 18 or below and will be able to compete in groups of three to eight people on July 23, with a judging panel awarding prizes for the top three performances.
For the Karaoke King Singing Competition, applicants must be Macau residents aged 19 and above and will be able to compete as individuals or teams during a preliminary round on July 22, and the final round on July 23, with prizes also to be awarded to the champion, first runner-up, and second runner-up.
