The current number of Covid-19 infections in Macau has remained steady at an average of more than 20 cases per day, according to the Health Bureau. The bureau, amid the World Health Organization’s declaration that Covid-19 is over as a global health emergency, expects that a second wave of small-scale rebound infections will happen this month. The government said it will continue to monitor the number of people infected with the virus.
