Wynn’s dedication to providing guests with high-quality catering standards is evident in our sincere belief that inheritance, innovation, and talent cultivation are crucial to the future development of Macao. To this end, Wynn has invested substantial resources in developing a variety of training programs and encouraging team members to participate in international events and industrial competitions in a bid to facilitate a broadening of the horizons of Macao’s youth and to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry. Wynn also actively supports the “1+4” adequate diversification strategy and continuously deepens the integration of tourism and gastronomy to further consolidate Macao’s continuing efforts to become a World Center of Tourism and Leisure.

Nurturing Local Culinary Talent for Future Growth of the City of Gastronomy
Wynn has been continually inviting award-winning celebrity chefs from overseas and mainland China to jointly host the “Guest Chef Dining Series” and masterclasses in Macao. Moreover, Wynn also regularly runs culinary expertise workshops with local tertiary institutions including the Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) and the Macau University of Science and Technology. Wynn Food & Beverage Academy specially invited Thai celebrity chefs Paisarn Cheewinsiriwat, Kanyarat Jib Thanomsaeng, and Num Weerawat Triyasenawat to demonstrate their expertise in Macao in April this year, giving participants a deeper understanding of the true essence of different cuisines, how they are prepared, and shared a wealth of culinary experience with local catering professionals and students. By proactively collaborating with local educational institutions, Wynn hopes to nurture more outstanding culinary talent for Macao and inject new vitality and creativity into the catering industry to further its prosperity.
Encouraging Young People to Elevate Professional Skills through International Competitions
Wynn encourages exchange among young catering talent to enhance their professional skills and international competitiveness, thus contributing to the diversity and sustainability of Macao’s tourism. It is our great honor that two of our team members have recently been crowned winners of the “Young Chef Macao Final” and the “Young Waiter Macao Final” and will go on to represent Macao to compete in the “World Young Chef Young Waiter” final in Monaco. Throughout the competition, the contestants will be given high-level training and have the opportunity to listen to celebrity chefs and judges share their unique insights and experiences in the industry, which will be invaluable in helping contestants upgrade their culinary skills and professional catering knowledge.
