Local realtor Ambiente Properties has announced that it will open a new office while expanding its team amid Covid-19. “We are firmly committed to Macau’s future and considered the dip in real estate activity in 2020 and quieter summer months to be the perfect opportunity to engage additional talent for our team,” said Suzanne Watkinson, Founder and Managing Director of the realtor firm. Disclosed in an official statement, the new team members of the firm are currently undergoing rigorous training under the direction of the firm’s Associate Director, Ryan Choi. “They will be fully prepared for what we anticipate will be a busy year in 2021,” Watkinson added. Aware of the importance of Hengqin Island to Macau and the Pearl River Delta, Ambiente established a sister company Ambiente Properties Hengqin in early 2017 and has been actively promoting the real estate opportunities and business diversity that the island presents.
