Grand Coloane Resort is also launching its MOP11 dim sum menu and MOP11 beer and wine promotions as part of its “Winter is Coming” campaign. The former highlights black truffle scallop dumplings and wrapped glutinous rice with conpoy. The latter features unlimited hot pot with over 60 ingredients and unique flavors. Six soup bases are available, including papaya with fresh fish soup, young coconut with chicken soup and Chongqing spicy soup, according to a statement released by the group.
