Sands Resorts Macao and Sands Macao will present a range of exquisite menus and dining promotions to celebrate the Year of the Ox at The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao and Sands Macao’s award-winning restaurants.
From Feb. 11 to 21, six signature restaurants including North, La Chine, Lotus Palace, Dynasty 8, Golden Court and Brasserie will welcome an auspicious year with traditional dishes ushering in good fortune and happiness. At North, dishes include festive and warming favourites such as braised fish head with sea cucumber, fresh abalone, fish maw in superior broth and more will be available. Dynasty 8 will offer a nine-course Chinese New Year set menu, incorporating a selection of ingredients including sea cucumber, abalone, red spotted grouper, for up to ten people. The contemporary Cantonese restaurant, Golden Court, will prepare dishes for the festive occasion, featuring ingredients such as tossed salmon, sea cucumber, jellyfish and crab roe.
