Grand Hyatt Macau has prepared a range of spring-inspired menus this March.
Starting from this month, the “Chef Dong Signature Dishes Grand Feast” features a two-hour all-you-can-eat menu to enjoy appetizers, dim sum, soups, main courses, rice, noodles and dumplings in their selected menu. The “Ultimate Spring After-noon Tea at Grand Club,” meanwhile, features an all-you-can-eat savories, dim sum and over 10 exquisite desserts presented on the pastry trolley, including fluffy scones, fresh mint vanilla crémeux, refreshing Yuzu lime tart and many more.
At the Lobby Lounge from March 1 to April 30, the “Spring Tea Grand Set” will include four pastries, such as rose tea lychee mousse; matcha opera cake; jasmine tea milk chocolate cubeand ivory ganache, green tea, raspberry, paired with a selection of the guest’s favorite Nespresso coffee or TWG tea.
