The Ritz-Carlton, Macau recently welcomed the Michelin-starred chef, Aiden Huang, from The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou for an exclusive three-day culinary journey alongside its Chinese Executive Chef, Jackie Ho, at Lai Heen.
From March 26 to 28, the two chefs will collaborate to present the “first class Star Collaboration menus,” the hotel announced in a statement.
Chef Jackie and Chef Aiden are the culinary leaders of the one-star Michelin restaurant, Lai Heen, in Macau and Guangzhou respectively.
“The eight-course dinner menu features the chefs’ craftsmanship and their inventive creations. The duo joins forces in elevating their own signature dishes to the next level,” the statement reads.
The chefs have also adopted the French confit technique and sweet basil flavors to delight palates with an international flair.
