The Venetian Macao’s Jiang Nan by Jereme Leung restaurant, in partnership with renowned celebrity master chef Jereme Leung, features the best of Jiangnan cuisine, showcasing the authentic flavours of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
Born in Hong Kong, Chef Jereme honed his craft in Singapore, and has been active on the Chinese culinary scene ever since. Chef Jereme was a judge on the Chinese edition of MasterChef for several years, and appeared in the popular food documentary ‘A Bite of China’. While celebrating the essence of traditional Chinese gastronomy, Chef Jereme has made bold refinements that give it a modern and global dimension.
