Meanwhile, the Michelin-starred Lai Heen will offer an eight-course Celestial Romance Menu, featuring dishes such as Pan-seared French Foie Gras with Whole Abalone, Crispy Noodles with Prawn and Tomato in Superior Broth, and Chilled Strawberry Custard with Mixed Nuts.
