Sands China Ltd. is paying a discretionary allowance, equivalent to one month’s salary, to more than 23,000 eligible full-time team members on Jan. 18, 2023 – in gratitude of team members’ dedication and contributions in 2022. A total of 99% of Sands China’s total employment is benefiting from either the discretionary allowance or the company’s sales incentive scheme.
In a message to team members, Dr. Wilfred Wong, president of Sands China Ltd., said: “These special times have tested us over and over; however, we have no doubt that we will continue to demonstrate the ability to thrive. […] In great appreciation of your effort, and on behalf of the company, I am pleased to announce that all eligible team members will receive a discretionary allowance, equivalent to one month’s salary, on January 18, 2023.”
